1. Scope of Services

We provide professional cleaning and pressure washing services as described in your estimate or proposal.

2. Payment Terms – Commercial Customers

• Cash Payments: Payment in cash is due immediately upon completion of the work.
  
  
• Check Payments: Payment by check must be made within 15 days of the invoice date.
  
  

3. Payment Terms – Residential Customers

• Cash Payments Only: For residential jobs, cash payment is required at the time of service completion.
  
  

4. Invoicing

Invoices will be issued promptly once the work is done or as agreed. For commercial clients, a 15-day payment term applies if paying by check, as described above.

5. Access and Cooperation

You agree to provide access to your property, and ensure that the work area is ready for service. Any delays caused by inaccessible areas or obstructions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

6. Liability and Insurance

Martin Pressure Washing LLC is fully licensed and insured. While we take all precautions, you agree to hold us harmless from incidental damage caused by existing property conditions or pre-existing structural issues.

7. Termination and Cancellations

Either party may cancel the scheduled service with mutual written notice. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if applicable.

8. Acceptance

By paying the invoice or scheduling the work, you accept these terms of service in full.
